Posters

There will be a poster session on Wednesday, September 20th. The poster should be relevant to the conference topic. Poster submissions are due by July 31, 2023. You will be informed as to whether your poster has been accepted for presentation by August 7, 2023. 

To submit a poster:

Please submit an abstract of up to 300 words to Dr. Dawn Konrad-Martin at dawn.martin@va.gov.

NOTE: The subject of the email must be: “NCRAR 2023 Poster”

In addition to the abstract, please include:

  • Title of Poster
  • Funding acknowledgment if applicable
  • List of authors
  • Corresponding author 

For the corresponding author, please provide:

  • Name
  • Degree
  • Department
  • Institution
  • City, State
  • Email address
